Turn scattered sustainability actions into the group's shared momentum
DOMI helps large enterprises weave strategy, culture, talent and on-the-ground action into a single path — starting with a few sustainability champions, then gradually bringing cross-department, cross-company and supply-chain participation on board, building a shared language so results can extend to more sites, affiliated companies and stakeholders.
Built for enterprises facing these challenges
- The sustainability office struggles to move other departments
- Group companies each do their own thing, with no shared vision or direction
- Plenty of employee activities, but hard to accumulate into long-term results
- Supply-chain and brand-customer requirements keep getting more specific
- Need to balance engagement, measurability and reporting
The sustainability challenge for large enterprises
It's not that there's no strategy — the strategy just hasn't reached the whole organization yet.
Large enterprises usually already have sustainability goals, a dedicated team, an annual budget and various initiatives. The real difficulty is getting different departments, affiliated companies and the supply chain to understand the same direction, be willing to invest, and accumulate results with a consistent method.
The sustainability office works hard, but other departments haven't moved with it yet
When sustainability is seen as one department's task, other colleagues tend to stop at complying with activities, providing data or answering questionnaires. Real transformation means helping different roles see how sustainability relates to their own work, decisions and performance — so they genuinely move together.
Plenty of activities, initiatives and projects — but they don't form a single path
Different companies, departments and sites may each invest resources, but without a shared framework, measurement and continuity mechanism, every year starts over, and results are hard to compare, replicate or scale.
You need both: people who understand the value and want to take part, and results you can report and audit
A large enterprise's sustainability action can't be only experience, and can't be only data and documents. From employee participation to brand value to group reporting, outcome recording, impact measurement and follow-through all need to be built into the design from the start.
What large enterprises need isn't one more one-off project, but a method that lets people take part, aligns the organization, and lets results keep accumulating.
DOMI uses three engines to help enterprises advance step by step — from participation to capability to long-term impact.
Three engines that drive large-enterprise sustainability transformation
Not three separate services, but a sustainability path enterprises build step by step — from participation to consensus to long-term impact — according to their maturity and needs.
Get more people taking part, not just knowing about sustainability.
Through corporate sustainability experiences, employee days, family days, volunteer days and supplier activities, we turn sustainability from a chapter in a report into a shared experience colleagues, customers and partners take part in themselves. Large-scale activities can balance engagement, impact and reporting too.
About corporate sustainability experiences →Build a shared cross-department language so sustainability can actually move.
When an enterprise starts thinking not just about “running activities” but about building organizational capability, we use sustainability leadership, the purpose-transformation journey and strategy workshops to help the board, senior executives, the sustainability office and departments build a shared direction — so sustainability is no longer just a few people's work.
About the enterprise transformation journey →Turn a single action into the enterprise's long-term impact.
From local revitalization, energy poverty and indigenous education to enterprise-dedicated support programs, every investment keeps accumulating stories, results and impact — becoming part of the corporate culture and brand value, not just one page in the annual report.
See long-term partnership models →- EngagePeople become willing to take part
- EmpowerThe organization forms consensus
- EmbraceImpact keeps accumulating
You don't have to move the whole group at once — start where it fits best.
Change in a large organization is rarely a full rollout at once. DOMI starts from your current need — one department team, one sustainability activity or one impact program — building visible results first, then gradually replicating to more departments, affiliated companies, sites and the supply chain.

Enterprise case studies
From one moment of participation to an enterprise path that keeps expanding.
There's no single formula for large-enterprise sustainability. These cases come at it from employee participation, group strategy and long-term impact.
Zuellig Pharma|An 800-person experience — scale that still leaves shared memory
Through large-scale planting and a sustainability experience, colleagues didn't just attend an activity — they built sustainability thinking through a shared experience, gradually carrying their understanding of environmental, social and corporate responsibility back into team culture and daily work decisions.

Through corporate purpose and the transformation journey, DOMI helped KYF start from its core values, industry capability and long-term vision to shape its sustainability strategy and brand positioning — so sustainability doesn't just answer external expectations, but guides future management decisions, product development and market differentiation.
BNP Paribas Cardif|Starting from the life-insurance core business, extending every policy into long-term social impact
DOMI helped BNP Paribas Cardif start from life-insurance policies and its core business, channeling the value its operations create into energy-poor households — an impact model in which the enterprise, policyholders and communities take part together, so insurance protects policyholders and extends that protection to more families in need.

Common questions about large-enterprise partnership
- We already have an ESG strategy and consultants — what more can DOMI help with?
- DOMI doesn't replace compliance, carbon-inventory, disclosure or sustainability-reporting specialists. We focus on the most critical yet often-missing piece of enterprise sustainability transformation — finding the corporate purpose, integrating business strategy and sustainability strategy into one shared vision. We then help enterprises land that vision across three levels — strategy integration, experience delivery and cultural embedding — working alongside your existing ESG framework, annual goals and external consultants to turn “knowing what to do” into “the whole organization able to do it.”
- Do we have to move the whole group at once?
- No. A large enterprise can start from one core team, a single business unit, one large activity or one sustainability topic. After the pilot, effective methods, processes and metrics are gradually replicated to other units.
- Our group has several companies — can one program cover them all?
- Yes. DOMI first integrates a shared corporate purpose, business and sustainability vision at the group level, then builds a reusable core method, outcome framework and metrics; in delivery, we design different experiences and action plans for each company's industry and organizational needs, so the shared sustainability thinking embeds into each company's culture and daily decisions in a way that fits.
- 04 | How measurable are the results?
- At the start of each engagement, DOMI co-designs the outcome framework and how it will be measured — covering both quantitative data and qualitative change. Quantitative outcomes can include participation and rates, learning feedback, intent to act, follow-through on actions, tree-planting and environmental results, social-service results, resources invested, and expansion into other departments, affiliates or the supply chain. Qualitative outcomes focus on changes a single number cannot show: - Whether directors and executives form a clearer sustainability consensus - Whether employees see how sustainability relates to their own work - Whether cross-functional teams build a shared language and ways of working - Whether sustainability thinking enters products, services and everyday decisions - Whether participants, beneficiaries and partners change in outlook and behaviour Through pre/post assessment, surveys, interviews, observation records, action tracking and impact stories, DOMI shows what was done — and explains what changed, why it matters, and whether it can keep happening. We measure inputs and outputs, and we also track shifts in thinking, relationships, behaviour and decisions.
- Will large employee activities add to colleagues' workload?
- DOMI schedules within your systems — workdays, benefit days or existing event slots — and minimizes preparation and admin. Activities are flexible and participatory so colleagues of every role, age and physical condition can join in a way that suits them. Where cross-team co-creation or follow-up is involved, we set time, roles and scope up front and agree clear boundaries. Sustainability shouldn't be new pressure — it should reconnect colleagues with each other, the company and society. A good program doesn't ask people to do one more thing; it lets them feel cared for, and see they can be part of the change.
- Can you provide English content or report to regional / global HQ?
- Yes. DOMI can provide English proposals, bilingual workshops, Chinese-English outcome summaries, impact stories and HQ communication materials, aligned with your existing ESG metrics, group framework and reporting format. We don't just translate content — we help enterprises turn local sustainability practice into value that's understood and embraced globally.
Start the group's sustainability transformation where it fits best.
You don't have to move the whole group at once. Tell us your goals, who takes part and the resources you can commit, and DOMI will help you find the right first step.
