This page explains how DOMI receives, investigates, and responds to concerns, and protects anyone who raises one from retaliation. Open to anyone.
Who can raise a concern?
Anyone. Whether you are a DOMI worker, client, partner, supplier, community member, or simply a member of the public who cares, you are welcome to raise a grievance or share a concern.
How to reach us
Choose whichever channel is easiest for you:
Email: speakup@domiearth.com.
In person or in writing: to any manager, or directly to the CEO.
You may raise a concern anonymously. If you would like us to respond and keep you updated, just leave your contact details — but we take anonymous concerns just as seriously and will investigate them with the same care.
What happens next
Acknowledgement: where we can reach you, we confirm we have received your concern within 5 business days.
Assessment and investigation: our grievance owner (the CEO) reviews it impartially, gathers the facts, and speaks with the relevant parties.
Response and resolution: within 30 business days, we either take action to resolve the concern or clearly explain why no action will be taken. For complex cases, we'll keep you updated along the way.
Escalation: material concerns are escalated to our sole director.
Our promise to you: no retaliation
DOMI prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. We keep identities confidential to the fullest extent possible, and we accept anonymous reports. Any act of retaliation is itself treated as a grievance and investigated by our sole director.
