This policy reflects DOMI Earth's current B2B sustainability services and data handling; still pending formal legal review.

We collect information you actively provide, as well as data generated automatically when you use this site.
Personal identifiers: name, email, phone, company name and job title (provided via our enquiry and event-registration forms).
Technical data: IP address, browser type and usage behaviour, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
Payment information: if you take part in the Power-Hungry Monster picture book or a support-program donation, the details necessary for payment are processed by ECPay.
2. How we use your data
Service delivery and contact: to provide and follow up on the B2B sustainability-transformation services you enquire about (tree-planting and eco experiences, the transformation journey, sustainability consulting).
Communication: with your consent, to send newsletters and event updates via MailerLite.
Site optimisation: using Google Analytics 4 to monitor traffic and improve the user experience.
Marketing: to share services and events relevant to you.
