Service term and refund policy
Service term: this sustainability advisory service plan runs for one year, counted from the customer's date of purchase. Within that year, the customer is entitled to all content and benefits included in the service.
Refund policy: this service is a one-time purchase of an annual contract; portions that are withdrawn early or left unused are non-refundable, and customers should fully consider their needs before purchasing. The exception is where factors on our side make it impossible for the customer to continue using the service (for example, a major system defect or an unfixable technical problem), in which case we will handle the matter according to the specific circumstances.
Service content
Sustainability-transformation service: a one-year corporate sustainability-transformation programme starting from the date of purchase, including access to a data and decision-support platform plus sustainability-related data management and advisory support.
Guided service programme: within the one-year term, a six-month guided programme in which professional consultants communicate and advise regularly to help the company drive its transformation strategy.
In-person experience courses: three in-person sessions are scheduled during the service period (e.g. ENC tree-planting/eco experiences, transformation-journey workshops). Courses must follow the prescribed order and timing; a missed session may be deferred to the next available date; if not completed within the one-year term, that course entitlement is treated as terminated and will not be deferred or rescheduled again.
Intellectual property and data protection
Intellectual property: all software, documents, courses and related content provided in this service are our intellectual property. Without written permission, the customer may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use them in any form.
Data protection: we are committed to protecting customers' personal data and business data. All customer data is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and used solely for the purpose of providing the service. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect customer data against theft, tampering, destruction or leakage; only authorized personnel may access it, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Customer data rights and use: intellectual property in data the customer uploads through the system belongs to the customer. We may use the data the customer provides only within the scope of the collaboration's purpose, and may not use it for other purposes without the customer's written consent. Where necessary to provide the service, some customer data may be shared with partner companies of this service; in such cases we will ensure those partners fulfil corresponding data-confidentiality obligations. Any expansion of the scope of data use requires the customer's prior written consent.
Account and security recommendations: customers should safeguard their personal data, account and password information and operate the system over a secure or encrypted network. Always log out after use; if using a public computer, close the browser and clear records. If an account or password is found to be compromised, notify us immediately — we will temporarily suspend the account and agree on next steps with the customer.
Other provisions
Governing law: the formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this service contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute will be resolved by negotiation between the parties; failing that, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court will be the court of first instance.
