We don't just want things done — we want them done right, and done well.
At DOMI, "that's how it's always been done" has never stopped us thinking. We ask one more time: is this truly the best method for the company? Have we understood how participants feel? Does it respect the place and the land? Will this decision let the change last? So we treasure every partner's different observations and voice. You can raise a different idea, or say honestly you're not sure; you can challenge the current way — and you'll also need to listen, adjust, and find better answers with the team. We expect each other to step up, and to catch each other. Meaningful work isn't held up by one person, but by people who understand each other and own the result together. We want every choice to honor the company's trust, the community's expectations, the land's needs — and each other.
There are few ready answers here — but you'll make the answers with a team.
At DOMI your work won't be boxed in by a title. Some days you're framing a company's next sustainability strategy; some days you're in a forest or community, listening for what a place truly needs. You might write a vague idea into a proposal, design different people's expectations into one experience, or stand on site with employees, children and local partners, completing something that didn't exist before. This work isn't always tidy, and yesterday's method won't always fit today. But you'll keep meeting new worlds and new people — and in one unfamiliar task after another, find you can go further than you imagined. We don't expect you to have all the answers at the start. We care whether you stay curious, go to the field, understand the problem, and work things out with the team. If the work you want isn't just completing assignments, but continuous learning, opening new possibilities and prying open patterns that seemed immovable — this may become a place you love.
