DOMI is a small climate-action social enterprise. We believe the way to make earth happy is to do the real work well — energy saving, carbon reduction, ESG consulting, environmental education, and tree planting — not to wield political influence. In that spirit, we want to be clear about where we stand.

DOMI ENERGY CO., LTD does not engage in lobbying and makes no political contributions. Specifically, we:

do not retain or pay lobbyists, public-affairs firms, or intermediaries to influence government on our behalf;

do not make any monetary or in-kind political contributions to political parties, candidates, campaigns, or political organisations;

do not fund or coordinate campaigns to influence legislation, regulation, or public policy for our own commercial advantage;

hold no membership whose primary purpose is lobbying. Our one association membership is B Lab Taiwan — the non-profit supporting B Corp certification and community in Taiwan — whose purpose is certification and community-building, not lobbying, and it does not lobby on DOMI's behalf.

We pursue our purpose — One Reduce, One Add, or “Together, let's make earth happy” — through our services, not through political influence.

To draw a clear line: we are active in public-interest climate advocacy, education, and collective action — for example sharing climate-action knowledge, running environmental education for children and families, hosting an ESG forum for SME owners, and the Purpose Transformation Platform.

This work advances the public good and our mission. It is not lobbying for our own commercial benefit, and it is not a political contribution.

For the reporting fiscal year FY2025 (ROC year 114, 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31), DOMI ENERGY CO., LTD:

did not engage in any lobbying activity — DOMI did not retain lobbyists, did not register as a lobbyist or lobbying entity, and undertook no direct or indirect efforts to influence legislation, regulation, or government decisions for DOMI's private commercial benefit;

made no political contributions — DOMI made no monetary or in-kind contributions to any candidate, political party, campaign, referendum committee, or comparable political organisation.

DOMI therefore has no lobbying positions and no political contributions to disclose for this fiscal year. We review and re-publish this statement each fiscal year, and retain prior-year records.

If DOMI ever decides to engage in lobbying or material government-affairs advocacy, we commit to doing so transparently, honestly, lawfully, and responsibly, under these principles:

Purpose-aligned only: we will only advocate for positions consistent with our public purpose and stakeholders' interests (e.g. climate action, decarbonisation, environmental education), never for narrow commercial gain at the expense of the environment or society;

Transparent: we will be open about the positions we take and who we engage; no covert or anonymous influence;

Honest and evidence-based: any information we give public officials will be accurate, not misleading, and substantiated;

Lawful and ethical: we will comply with all applicable Taiwan laws on lobbying, anti-corruption, and political activity; no bribes and no conflicts of interest;

Sole-director approved: we will not undertake any lobbying or material advocacy without the prior approval of our sole director; the default position is “do not engage”;

Consistent through intermediaries: any partner acting on DOMI's behalf must adhere to these same principles;

Accountable to stakeholders: we will publicly disclose any material lobbying activity, and we commit to publishing this statement each fiscal year, whether or not any activity occurred.

Anyone may raise a question about DOMI's advocacy, lobbying, or political-contribution conduct through our grievance channel. This policy is owned by our CEO, Tammy Hu, and approved by DOMI ENERGY CO., LTD's sole director.
