DOMI is Latin for "home". We believe a good company can be a place that cares for people.
DOMI believes real change comes from being understood, connected, and practiced well. For twelve years we've helped companies carry sustainability from idea into strategy, action and culture — turning intended change into long-term, compounding value.
Sustainability Transformation Partner
Why DOMI exists
Why do so many companies sincerely want sustainability — yet end up with only a few people carrying it?
Companies don't lack sustainability goals or actions. The hard part is helping leadership see a shared direction, helping departments understand each other, and helping every person see how sustainability relates to their own work — and how they can join.
That's why DOMI exists. We turn complex, scattered sustainability topics into a direction the organization understands together, actions people can join in person, and a culture that keeps compounding.
So sustainability stops being a few people's duty, a one-off event, or a report-page promise — and becomes how the whole organization moves forward.
We believe real change isn't about starting big — it's about whether more people can join, and keep it part of the organization.
Our mission
Unleash the power to change — with care and simplicity.
Change doesn't have to be a heroic sacrifice, and it doesn't have to be complicated. With the right method, every person and every company has the power to change — our job is to set that power loose.
Doing good takes heart — and method.
Care alone stalls at a moment of feeling; method alone loses human warmth. DOMI chooses both:
Seeing people's needs while understanding business reality; respecting place and land while building executable collaboration; keeping ideals while using strategy, data and organizational method so change can last.
Warm sustainability is what people join; methodical sustainability is what actually stays.
Subtract one, add one.
DOMI began with household energy and energy poverty. Twelve years on, the method keeps evolving — and anchors how we walk transformation with companies.
Reduce the visible and invisible burdens
From wasted energy, excess carbon and operating cost, to information gaps, strategy breaks and execution fatigue — the first step of change is seeing which burdens can shrink. What's reduced isn't just resources, but the complexity and friction that keep a company stuck.
The corporate "minus"
- Less energy and resource waste
- Less disconnect between sustainability and operations
- Less understanding gap between departments
- Less pressure carried by only a few
- Fewer one-off, non-compounding actions
Invest the freed-up power into new possibility
DOMI doesn't stop at reducing burden — we reinvest the freed resources, capability and attention into people, land, community and organization. From lighting one home and planting one tree to building new culture and business models, good change keeps growing once it's cared for.
The corporate "plus"
- More employee understanding and participation
- More cross-team consensus and collaboration
- More real connection between company and community
- More long-term brand and business-model value
- More resilience for the future
First reduce the unnecessary burden, then add what deserves to grow.
At the start, what we wanted to care for was a home.
A home doesn't get better by declaring a goal. Someone has to start; everyone needs to understand each other, find their role, and keep making changes in daily life.
Later we found the same is true inside companies. Many sincerely value sustainability but don't know how to turn conviction into clear direction, how to bring departments in together, or how to make one action compound into something the organization owns.
So DOMI walked from "home" into companies, communities and land — turning care into understandable method, conviction into joinable action, and one action after another into change that lasts.
We've always done one thing: help everyone who wants change see their own power, see the shared direction, and find the way to bring more people forward together.
Today, we help companies walk sustainability into the whole organization.
DOMI is neither an events agency nor a generic ESG consultancy. We help companies find where sustainability genuinely connects to their own business.

Three engines that walk sustainability from idea into organization.
Make people willing to join
Real issues, field experiences and shared tasks help employees, families, customers and partners see how sustainability relates to them.
Make the organization able to act
Strategic dialogue, workshops, cross-team co-creation and leadership development build shared language and execution capability.
Make sustainability the culture
Extend action into annual paths, business strategy, brand positioning and organizational habit — into every key decision.
Participation starts people; capability makes it possible; culture makes it stay.
DOMI is more than an event.
We don't replace compliance & disclosure consultants
Carbon inventory, reporting, compliance and assurance need technical specialists; DOMI focuses on strategy being understood, joined and practiced by the organization.
We don't sell fixed activity packages
Every company, place and audience differs. We start from the problem you actually need solved, then design the right participation.
We don't leave sustainability to one department
Carried only by ESG, HR or PR, sustainability rarely enters the business. DOMI builds shared direction across levels and departments.
We don't treat the event's end as the result
The event is the starting point. What matters is the understanding, relationships, behavior, data and next actions that remain.
We belong to a global movement
DOMI is Taiwan's first B Corp and a co-founder of the B Corp movement in Asia. Named Best for the World six years running. Using business as a force for good, in the same movement as Patagonia, Aesop, Nespresso and Danone.
DOMI doesn't just talk sustainability with clients — we keep examining our own governance and operations by the same standard.

Good must be felt — and tellable.
DOMI doesn't just count events run and trees planted; we care what the investment finally changed. We read impact on four levels:
Environmental
Carbon, energy, trees, ecological restoration and resource use.
Social
Household support, community investment, local partnership and relationships.
Organizational
Employee understanding, cross-team consensus, participation and behavior change.
Business
Cost, brand, customer relationships, talent and long-term business-model value.
We measure inputs and outputs — and track shifts in thinking, relationships, behavior and decisions.
Don't just take our word for it.
