Different starting points, still your own path to sustainability

From listed finance and global brands to growing SMEs, DOMI walks with enterprises at different organizational stages and challenges to find the sustainability transformation path that fits them.

From the enterprise's problem to measurable change

Every case starts from the enterprise's most real, current challenge. DOMI doesn't apply a fixed activity — it designs strategy, participation, action and measurement around your goals.

Turning e-statement operating savings into long-term support for energy-poor households

DOMI helped Taishin Bank link e-statement digitisation to energy poverty — for every 1,000 credit-card customers who switch from paper to e-statements, Taishin replaces the ageing, energy-hungry lighting of one underserved family. An efficiency-driven operational change grew into an impact model combining customer participation, environmental reduction and social support.

Making energy poverty visible — and making customers part of the change

IKEA Taiwan and DOMI built a 20-square-metre "pitch-dark experience house" — with a real family's old fuse box in a 1:1 setting — so shoppers could feel what energy poverty is, and what unstable lighting does to daily life. Through the immersive experience, customer participation and bulb donations, a hard-to-grasp social issue reached Taiwan's flagship store and the wider public.
