Saint Lewis Brewery is a start-up drink company based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. They sell sorrel, a Caribbean drink made with the primary ingredient of hibiscus. With all of the flavors mixed together, the end result is a sweet, sour, and spicy beverage all in one.
Jamie learned his recipe from his grandmother who was a native of the island country of Saint Lucia. With SLB, he hopes to connect cultures he loves Taiwan, and the Caribbean.
