服務期限及退費政策 / Service Duration and Refund Policy

1. 服務期限 / Service Duration:
   - 本永續顧問服務計劃的服務期限為一年,自客戶購買之日起計算。於此一年期內,客戶可享受本服務所包含的所有內容及權益。
   - The duration of this sustainability consulting service program is one year, starting from the date of purchase. During this one-year period, the client may enjoy all the content and rights included in this service.

2. 退費政策 / Refund Policy:
   - 本服務的性質屬於一次性購買之年度合約,中途退出或未使用的部分不予退款,客戶在購買之前應充分考量自身需求;除非是由於我們提供方的因素導致客戶無法繼續使用服務(例如系統重大缺陷或無法修復的技術問題),此情況下我們會依具體情況進行處理。
   - The nature of this service is an annual contract purchased as a one-time agreement. Partial or unused portions are non-refundable, and clients should fully consider their needs before purchasing. Unless the client is unable to continue using the service due to factors on our part (e.g., significant system defects or unrepairable technical issues). In such cases, we will handle the situation accordingly.

服務內容 / Service Content

1. 系統使用權限 / System Usage Rights:
   - 本服務包含一年期系統使用權,自客戶購買之日起計算。付費完成後,企業客戶始能全面使用我們的SaaS 平台,進行永續發展相關的數據管理與決策支持。
   - This service includes a one-year system license, effective from the date of purchase. Upon completing payment, corporate clients will gain full access to our SaaS platform for data management and decision-making support related to sustainable development.

2. 引導服務計劃 / Guided Service Program:
   - 於此一年期內,我們提供六個月的引導服務計劃,由專業顧問進行定期溝通和指導,幫助企業客戶有效應用系統並推動永續發展的策略實施。
   - During the one-year service period, we offer a six-month guided service program, with regular communication and guidance from professional consultants, to assist corporate clients in effectively applying the system and implementing sustainable development strategies.

3. 實體參與課程 / In-person Participation Courses:
- 服務期間包含三個實體參與課程的安排。課程需依照規定的順序與時間進行,若中途某一課程無法參與,客戶可將剩餘課程延期至下一個課程檔期進行。
   - The service period includes the arrangement of three in-person participation courses. These courses must be conducted in the prescribed order and within the specified timeframe. If a client is unable to attend a course midway, the remaining courses may be postponed to the next scheduled session.

   - 如果無法在此一年期內完成參與剩餘課程,則該課程權益將被視為終止,不再延期或重排。
   - If the remaining courses are not completed within the one-year service period, the rights to those courses will be considered terminated and will not be subject to further rescheduling or extensions.
 

知識產權及資料保護 / Intellectual Property and Data Protection

1. 知識產權 / Intellectual Property:
- 本服務中提供的所有軟體、文件、課程及相關內容均屬於我們的知識產權,未經書面許可,客戶不得以任何形式複製、修改、傳播或商業使用。
- All software, documents, courses, and related content provided through this service are our intellectual property. Without prior written consent, clients may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes in any form.

2. 資料保護 / Data Protection:
- 我們致力於保護客戶的個人資料及業務數據,所有客戶資料將根據現行隱私法律及規範進行保密處理,僅用於提供相關服務之目的。
- 我們將採用合理的技術手段保護客戶資料,防止其遭到竊取、竄改、毀損或洩漏,僅授權人員可接觸客戶資料,並承擔保密義務。如有違反,將依照相關法律處理。
- We are committed to protecting clients' personal and business data. All client data will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and used solely for the purposes of providing related services.
- We will implement reasonable technical measures to safeguard client data from theft, tampering, damage, or leakage. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel, who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Any violations will be addressed in accordance with relevant legal provisions.

3. 客戶資料的權利與使用 / Client Data Rights and Usage:
- 客戶透過本系統上傳的資料,其智慧財產權均歸屬於客戶擁有。我們僅能於合作目的範圍內使用客戶提供的資料,未經客戶書面同意,不得將資料用於其他用途。
- 為提供服務之必要,客戶部分資料可能會分享給此服務的合作公司,用於協助執行與本服務相關的專業諮詢或建議。在此情況下,我們將確保合作公司履行相應的資料保密義務,並依據適用法律及客戶的資料保護政策進行處理。
- 若因業務需求而需擴大資料的使用範圍,必須事先取得客戶的書面同意,並確保符合資料隱私與保護政策。
- All data uploaded by clients through this system shall remain the intellectual property of the client. We may use the data solely within the scope of the agreed collaboration purpose and will not use it for other purposes without the client’s written consent.
- To fulfill the requirements of the service, client certain data may be shared with partnered firms involved in this service for the purpose of providing professional support or recommendations. We will ensure that these firms adhere to confidentiality obligations and handle the data in compliance with applicable laws and the client’s data protection policies.
- Any expansion of the data usage scope due to business needs must obtain prior written consent from the client and comply with data privacy and protection policies.

4. 帳戶與安全建議 / Account and Security Recommendations:
- 客戶應妥善保管個人資料、帳號及密碼資訊,並使用安全或加密網路來操作本系統及相關服務。使用完畢後,務必登出帳號;如使用公共或共享電腦,請記得關閉瀏覽器並清除紀錄,防範資料外洩。
- 如發現帳號或密碼遭盜用,請立即通知我們。我們將暫時停用相關帳號並與客戶協商後續處理方案。
- Clients are responsible for safeguarding their personal information, account credentials, and passwords. To ensure security, it is advised to use encrypted or secure networks when accessing the system and related services. After use, clients should log out of their accounts. If using public or shared computers, remember to close browser windows and clear browsing history to prevent unauthorized access or data theft.
- If clients discover that their account or password has been compromised, they must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend the account’s access and will collaborate with the client to determine an appropriate resolution plan.
 

其他規定 / Other Provisions

1. 法律約定 / Legal Provisions:
   - 本服務合約的訂立、效力、解釋、履行和爭議解決應以中華民國法律為準據法,所有客戶權益及義務均受法律保障。如有任何爭議,將由雙方協商解決,若無法協商,雙方合意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
   - This service agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, and all client rights and obligations are legally safeguarded. In the event of any disputes, both parties will attempt to resolve them through negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan will be the court of first instance.
