FAQs

Q1. Shopping process
Select the product and click "Add to Cart". Please fill in the correct information during checkout to complete the purchase. This site has a shopping cart system. You can put items in the shopping cart and then select another item to put in the shopping cart.

Q2. Payment method
There are currently two payment methods available:

  1. Online card swiping - via ECPay (complete card swiping payment online, including VISA/MASTER/JCB and other cards).

  2. ATM transfer - Please transfer money to the designated account of DOMI Earth, and complete the transfer within 3 days after placing the order. Please inform us of your transfer date, last 5 digits of your bank account number, and transfer amount in Contact Us for confirmation.​


Q3. How to check the processing status of the current order?
Please click Member Login, enter your email and password to log in, and you can check the processing status of the order; or you can check the order confirmation email in the email address you filled in.

Q4. After the order is established, can I cancel, add an order, modify the quantity and size of the goods, or combine the orders for free shipping?
If payment has not been completed, please reorder. However, those who have paid cannot change the order payment method, content, amount, or refund the difference to purchase other products due to restricted operations, certification centers, and bank regulations. Therefore, it is not yet possible to provide online access for customers to directly cancel or modify orders. If you need to change, please go to Contact Us on this site to apply for a return and reorder within 7 days of the arrival of the goods (7-day waiting period).

Delivery FAQs

Q1. Shipping instructions
Delivery method: All items are delivered by post office or home delivery.
Delivery scope: Taiwan main island only (please do not fill in the post office box for the delivery address)
*If there are a large number of orders due to holidays or force majeure natural disasters, the completion of shipment may be delayed. If insufficient inventory, defects, etc. are found due to the product, a dedicated person will contact you to determine the follow-up matters.


Q2. How is the shipping fee calculated?
A single order amount of up to and including NT$3,000 will enjoy free shipping. If the order amount is less than NT$3,000, a fixed shipping fee of NT$90 will be charged.
※ If the above payment method causes the pure product amount of the order to not reach the free shipping standard due to return, the logistics fee of the original shipping order will be added when the return is refunded.


Q3. How many days will it take to receive the goods after ordering?

  • The goods will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of payment completion. You can also go directly to the Account > Order function on this site to check shipments.

  • However, if the product is a pre-ordered product, it will not be delivered according to the above agreement. For details, please see the agreed delivery range of pre-ordered products.

Invoice FAQ

In response to energy conservation and carbon reduction, our website will issue electronic invoices. The electronic invoice will be issued 7 days after the arrival of the goods and sent to the email address filled in the order. If you need to request the company's electronic invoice, please fill in the "Company header" in the order notes. ” and “Unified Compilation”, just download and print the file when receiving the electronic invoice (it can be reported in the same way as a general unified invoice).
