Product return & exchange policy

Trading policy

  1. If the item you ordered is defective, please submit a return request within the seven-day hesitation period. Free shipping and return service is limited to one time during the appreciation period.

  2. You can exercise relevant rights in accordance with the provisions of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law.

  3. Regarding the methods and conditions for return and refund, please refer to the records on the sales webpage of each product and the relevant webpages in the ordering process.

  4. The goods you return must maintain the integrity of all goods, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or information at the time of shipment. If there is a physical invoice, it should be returned together with the invoice and a signed discount form, etc. Documents required by relevant laws; otherwise DOMI SHOP may refuse to accept your request for return or refund.

  5. You understand and agree that if you require a return or exchange of goods, or because DOMI SHOP cannot accept all or part of your order, or the contract is terminated or loses its validity for any reason, it is necessary to handle a refund for you. , DOMI SHOP can process invoices, discount orders and other documents required by relevant laws on your behalf.

  6. The goods are entitled to a seven-day hesitation period upon arrival (Note! The hesitation period is not a trial period). The returned goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged, otherwise the return rights will be affected.

Return instructions

  1. Please note: Once the product is opened, it cannot be returned. (The outer plastic film has been torn or the plastic bag of the product has been opened, which is considered to be in an opened state)

  2. Returns will not be accepted if items are received more than 7 days ago.

  3. Please go to "Contact Us" to apply for a return and fill in the reason for the return. If you pay by a method other than a credit card, you need to fill in the remittance account number. After receiving your return application, we will immediately confirm the return-related matters with you.

  4. When returning, please keep the product and packaging intact to ensure your return rights.

  5. When your return request is approved, we will ask the home delivery personnel to retrieve the goods from the delivery address of your original order, and we will bear the logistics costs.

  6. If the free shipping discount threshold is not reached due to a return, the original order will be reverted to additional shipping charges due to partial returns.

  7. The coupons that have been used are no longer valid after the checkout is completed, and the coupons cannot be retrieved after the return request is accepted. Please forgive me.

  8. If the free shipping or other discount threshold is not reached due to return, the logistics fee of the original shipping order and the original price will be restored when the return is refunded.

  9. When you click "I want to return", you agree to our return policy and accept that we will handle the invoice invalidation and related follow-up processing matters on your behalf.

Refund instructions

  1. If you pay with a credit card, the refund will be processed online after the returned goods are recovered and the staff confirms that the quantity of the goods is correct.

  2. The actual credit date of the refund varies depending on the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank to confirm the actual credit date.

  3. If you pay using a non-credit card method, you must provide the correct remittance account number to complete the refund process.

  4. After confirming that our refund standards are met and the information is correct, we will refund the money to your account within 10 days.

Note:

  1. If the 7-day hesitation period has passed, returns will not be processed.

  2. If the product you want to return has been opened (for example, the outer plastic film has been torn or the plastic bag of the product has been opened), you cannot handle the return.

  3. If the returned goods are different from the order, failure to send the goods (including gifts) of this order back and package them properly will affect your return rights.

  4. If the remittance account number is filled in incorrectly, refunds will not be processed.

  5. When we have arranged for pickup, but the home delivery personnel visit twice and are unable to successfully recover the goods, your application will be cancelled. We apologize for this.

Final reminder...

According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers enjoy the rights of a 7-day hesitation period (the first day starts from the next day after receiving the goods). The hesitation period is not a trial period. The product must be brand new, unopened, and fully packaged before it can be returned or refunded. If the product has been opened, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
