My first encounter with DOMI was during a lecture at school, and I immediately received a strong dose of encouragement. When the classmates next to me were filling out the learning sheets, I, as an auditor, frowned while listening to Bradon introduce B corp as a way to score good businesses, and how DOMI, while managing companies, could simultaneously contribute to the environment. At that moment, I decided to become deeply involved with this company.

Born into an ordinary and traditional family, I learned the importance of humility but didn’t know who I truly was. During my first interview with Tammy, I was shocked. I couldn’t express my own value and wasn’t sure what I could offer DOMI through this internship. But through Tammy’s probing questions, it seemed like I discovered my true self. These questions have since become a self-reflection guide before every action I take, and from then on, my goals became clear, with a mindset of "no matter how many people, I’ll keep going."

Experiencing Each Task and Project with Heart

The first task I was assigned was to investigate the current status of CORP and carbon emission certifications. Although I love the environment and practice energy-saving habits like turning off lights, these professional terms were unfamiliar to me. Though the topic was new, I was extremely excited and began a series of actions, attending government seminars, interviewing TWYCC members, and drafting questionnaires to collect public knowledge on greenhouse gas reduction. During this process, I realized that just having a desire to save the world isn’t enough; we need the right tools, as Tammy said. A business is like a wolf, and only real leverage can convince them. We need to help companies understand the environmental crisis, as the lack of environment indirectly affects the economic essence. However, economy and environment are not a zero-sum game; efforts toward the environment can also enhance business value, and that’s a win-win.

My love for DOMI is immense, and it’s too much to list. Let me describe DOMI through the words of the clients I visited. After participating in the "DOMI Little Reporter" project, I realized that DOMI’s core trilogy—"Change, Action, Ripple"—has already deeply rooted itself in the hearts of DOMI’s clients. After sharing environmental-friendly ideas with the first company I interviewed, they decided to replace their lights with LED ones. After the replacement, the electric meter reader thought they were stealing electricity due to the energy savings. They also participated in the Green Tree Party, where they taught kids about Earth’s importance and instilled basic environmental knowledge in these young minds.

The most memorable project was "DOMI Little Reporter." At first, I thought, "What kind of company writes stories for its clients, makes advertisements for them, and even offers volunteer interview courses and stipends? Isn’t something strange about this?" After the first interview, I no longer doubted, because they were a group of passionate fools. Each client had different needs—some wanted to reduce electricity costs, others were seeking lighting equipment with no color difference, and some didn’t even know where to start with LED lights. What made them choose DOMI was "philosophy and professionalism." These clients, like me, stand on DOMI’s ripple (I am in the rocking zone), creating the next wave of ripples and changing the values of the world.

One day as an intern, a lifetime as a gardener, with the goal of creating more ripples.

I am fortunate to be the first intern at DOMI. After completing my internship, I realized my biggest change is that before doing any action, I always think about my role, what value I can bring to others, and whether the effort will have lasting results. It’s not just about feeling happy and motivated in the moment, but about having core values that continue to influence the next person.

DOMI, meaning "home" in Latin, is like my home for me as an intern. When I was confused about my future after graduation, DOMI caught me, helped me stand firm, and enter society. Like family, DOMI was there waiting for me, to fly back whenever tired.

Finally, thank you to myself for boldly sticking with this group of people. Thank you to the gardeners at

DOMI. September 2015 marked the beginning of my self-awareness. I learned to be my true self, to happily choose my ideal, and to learn how to make the Earth happy. I hope my life attitude can inspire more people in the future, and I will forever be DOMI’s ripple gardener!

Note: (Look how happy I am)
